Demographics
MultiPoint Communications supports and enjoys a diverse
employment environment through our own hiring practices.
Currently, MPC's workforce is made up of approximately
35% minorities, of which 5%
have been promoted into management or supervisory positions.
65% of our workforces are women, of which 30% hold management
or supervisory positions. We continue to support other
companies that work towards the same diversity goals
as us by seeking business opportunities with minority
businesses.
Community Relations
MultiPoint Communications is currently organizing
an outreach program that will serve the underprivileged
children in our community.
Our goal is to educate and influence these young people
of minority backgrounds through community involvement
and financial support. We will also motivate, help and
support them to become work ready by teaching them how
to overcome obstacles that may hinder their advancement
or future development in the workplace.
